My mortgage broker, Jill My mortgage broker, Jill Killen, provided excellent service through the whole process. She kept me apprised of progress and provided explanations for the various delays instituted by Underwriting. Although 99% of our communication was on-line, she did take the time to call me at home to assure me we were still on track to close shortly.
