BBMC I received a call from Matt after I enquired about a home loan. He was great and asked all the right questions in a way that did not feel intrusive but more like talking to a friend. He really got to know us and what we were looking to accomplish and helped us quickly get thru the refinance process. He was very clear and everything happened as he had told us. Matt really helped make a this a painless process and in the end helped improve my family and future.

Close call! We closed just in the nick of time with an impatient seller. The only negative on my end was multiple underwriters each asking for different documents almost two weeks after our requested close date. We had many unique circumstances and I probably did not make things much easier but we pulled through. Despite a lot of anxiety and a couple of near missed BBMC worked diligently to get us what we needed to close the deal.
Happy Buyer I thought buying a home was going to be painful but they could not have made the process any easier than it was. Everyone was friendly, professional and informative. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is thinking of making a home purchase.
