Great honest service I used to be an Realtor and have worked with many lenders in the past. What separated BBMC Mortgage from other lenders to me, was my broker. I felt he was transparent from the beginning to the end. He cared and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgable throughout the process.
VA Refinance I was apprehensive at first to try and do a refinance. But after working with BBMC i have found that there are genuine people out there. BBMC did everything in their power to make the Refi happen quickly and efficiently. Even with some issues on my credit they were able to look past it and give me the opportunity to do this VA Refi. Above and beyond service The whole team was just wonderful. I could fill volumes of how everyone I worked with made the process so easy and stress free. They held my hand during the entire process and were always quick to respond if I had any questions. I wish I had used them on my other home purchases and honestly if I thought I was ever going to move again I would use them again, but we are finally home and living in our dream home. Great company to work with! BBMC is a great lender to work with. Especially as a veteran. They worked with me on my loan even though I had a complex income situation! The process was easy and fast. And at closing we even got to choose a veteran charity to receive a donation from BBMC!
Impressive Performance Ryan Speltz was terrific to work with. He answered my calls and emails no matter what time of the day it was and was always very clear on what was needed. He showed me options as well and made recommendations on what thought was best. Not to mention he was able to get me to close in under 20 days, preventing me from having a large gap transitioning into my new home.
