I had a great experience at San Francisco Post Acute during my clinical rotation as a nursing student. The staff were welcoming, supportive, and truly dedicated to patient care. I enjoyed participating in the activities with the residents, especially the pizza-making activity last week--it was fun and brought so much joy to everyone. It was a wonderful learning environment and a great place for both patients and students.
The activities department are an extremely hardworking group who are consistently catering to the therapeutic needs of the residents and are very active in getting the residents involved and engaged. From crafts to dancing to making pizzas there is a wide variety of activities being offered to the residents for them to enjoy and partake in. The PT team is very active and encouraging with the residents recovery. They are always smiling and lending an ear while walking up and down the halls. The CNAs ensure that the patients ... read more

I would like to recognize and commend Briana Stanford, the social worker at San Francisco Post Acute, for her outstanding dedication and commitment to patient care. She demonstrates exceptional empathy and compassion, not only toward her patients but also toward their families. This facility is absolutely Amazing, the staffing here are really concerned about your well-being, the Administration, Nurses, CNA's, Physical Therapist even the Custodians, any and all of my questions were answered. The food wasn't that bad either, they have a laundry service in the building and they will wash your clothes for you and the cleanliness of this facility my room was mopped every day (with bleach) but my favorite part is the activities, my first week here I wasn't mobile it was such a Joy when someone came into... read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my mother Julia whose own mother Amada stayed at this facility for two months. She wanted to express her gratitude to the impeccable staff who went above & beyond to comfort Amada & treat her so well. Thank you Lee, to her social worker & thank you to everyone else who helped her get through each day. The facility was very clean & the staff was very welcoming.
To be honest I was not sure of how successful my mother was going to be at this rehab facility at first. She was placed here to recover from surgery for a broken hip. My concern went away once we had a care conference and made a plan for her stay, how it would work and how I could be involved in helping with making her recovery successful. My mother has been showing improvement every day. The steps they are taking to keep the patients, staff and visitors safe are very good. They do a really good job at keeping the rooms... read more
A couple of days ago I wrote a bad review on this place and I'm being taken care of here now. I can't say how much a I regret doing this. These people are turning out to be pure angels. They are there to help with anything they can do before you even know you need it. I think an angry snit may sometimes lead to these poor judgements we make. Everyone from the director, Im the activity director, Eric director of Social Services, all the way down to my caretakers are wonderful. I can only say if I'm ever in need of services li... read more
