A couple of days ago I wrote a bad review on this place and I'm being taken care of here now. I can't say how much a I regret doing this. These people are turning out to be pure angels. They are there to help with anything they can do before you even know you need it. I think an angry snit may sometimes lead to these poor judgements we make. Everyone from the director, Im the activity director, Eric director of Social Services, all the way down to my caretakers are wonderful. I can only say if I'm ever in need of services li... read more

W Bonnie Wong 1 review tit** 4 minutes ago NEW My mother is a 101 years old elder who has lived in nursing home for three years. In the past three years, I am very grateful to the staff of the nursing home for taking care of my mother. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, they worked very hard and declined all visitors and ensure the safety of the residents of the nursing home. Thank you Librada "Lee" Guarina for your hard work, administrators Robert, Neil and Rhonda, social workers Erick, nurses Cynthia, Davinder, and m... read more

A great place to work and an outstanding place to have your loved ones stay while they get better! The staff goes above and beyond to care for their patients. Staff and patients are treated like a part of the family

This review is for their admissions team/ Neil who really helped with safely transitioning one of my loved ones from the hospital to rehab. I was skeptical about rehab at first but I felt they really took the time to understand my loved ones specific needs and were able to accommodate them. I can tell they were really trying to help my loved one get better during such a challenging time.

I tried to give it 5 stars, but it isn't letting me. I was there for a couple of weeks and was in bad shape and they got me fixed up to go home. Great nursing staff, fabulous PT and OT, and quite decent food given the constraints. The facility needs upgrading but don't let that put you off. Great people make that much less important. The senior staff works diligently to make your stay highly productive.

This Nursing Center is one of the best in the San Francisco area or even the state. I've never been looked after so well by any other facility. It was very hard for me to leave. Everything was great the food, the staff, the nurse, the CNAs we're all wonderful people. Especially Hillary the nursing director, Lee the activities director, David who was in charge of the kitchen and of course I'll never forget Eric the social worker.

After my hip replacement surgery, I was an in-patient at the San Francisco Nursing & Rehab Center for 20 days. I am writing to express my gratitude and thanks to the nurses, doctors, physical therapists, occupational therapist, admission coordinator, social worker and administrator for a job well done. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I was taken care of in every way; from addressing all of my questions and concerns to something as simple as covering me up with a warm blanket. My continued re... read more

My mother took a nasty fall in the beginning of January and had a surgery to relieve pressure on her brain. Her recovery was slow at 85 yrs old and she was transferred from the hospital to SF Nursing where she stayed for 6 weeks. We could not have asked for better care. The first thing you notice when you walk in is how clean the place is and bustling with activities and happy care takers. Now keep in mind, this is a place for older people so seeing that for the first time was a bit shocking, but once I was around for a ... read more
