Luxurious surroundings, great location. I visited a friend here several times. This is a community where you buy your apartment when you move in. I believe it reverts to the community on death (you should check this) but in return you get secure life care and luxurious surroundings. Fine wood paneling in reception rooms, a fountain with sculpture in the lobby, a swimming pool in the basement.
