Amazing office, doctors, nurses, medical assistants and all other professionals. If I can, I will give 10 plus stars! Highly recommend this medical office. When you call to make an appointments, sometimes it take a little bit long time to wait, but you will get the best care for yourself and family members.
I do not have enough words to describe my experience with Mario. I was introduced to him by my realtor and friend. I had the best experience. Mario was professional, honest, responded in a timely manner, advocated for me every step of the way. I tend to stress a lot and he would explain everything to me, not with platitudes, but clearly enough for me to understand what was going on and the next step forward. I'm very glad i changed doctor!! Staff were very friendly, Rosa was super gentle with my son (getting blood from finger). Doctor very detailed amd patient. Did not feel rushed at all. Best place in town so far.
Today was my first visit with Dr. Kong and let me just say she was beyond awesome!!! I had always hated going to the Doctors but she truly changed my perspective today, she was just beyond helpful and listened to me and explained to me clearly and I am just wowed today! I am so glad I choose Borrego Health when I changed my insurance at the first of the year. I had my first appointment today and they were INCREDIBLE. I have been having some major health issues the last few years and doctors haven't been able to (or cared enough to) pinpoint the cause. These doctors are different! I had 3 doctors come in and examine me and take the time to go over all of my symptoms. They gave me referrals and are sending me for tests. They even did lab work right then and there in the office. Staff is amazing.... They all deserve raises!!!! Security guard is a great guy. Medical records clerk was fast. Front desk girl was very nice and helpful. The rest were equally amazing.

I recently lost my insurance so I had nobody to prescribe my much needed anxiety medication. This is medication I take everyday, a few days without it and I experience horrible side effects. All psychiatry office I called wanted $250+ for one visit which I can not afford. I came across Borrego Health while searching up sliding scale offices. They were very friendly on the phone. I have been with them for about five years. They used to be Borrego and recently changed to DAP. What used to be a great facility has turned into a joke. Getting prescriptions filled always took a while, but now it's next to impossible. I called every day for a week, leaving messages, and received no call backs. I am now out of my medication and, as it's the weekend, I will have to wait until Monday.
