They don't deserve any type of review, they are the worst I have seen.... They're not honest it's been two months since they said they ordered a vaporizer for my child that's been sick.... They don't answer phone calls and they don't get back to you.... The doctors don't do anything and I had to call many times for my son's prescription to be sent to the pharmacy.... They r not professional at all..... I don't recommend this place to anyone... I don't ever write reviews I'm just sick of their dishonesty.
They never answer the phone. I've tried calling multiple times, multiple days, waiting on hold. One time they even answered and then hung up.

I went to make an appointment about my broken wrist and couldn't get an appointment till a month later, that's crazy.
This place is a SCAM. No wonder other locations are closing due to insurance fraud!!! Took my newborn baby there and was told without insurance I could just pay for the drs appt itself and vaccines are FREE, MONTHS later and I receive a bill from collections for $1000 for vaccines that I 1. Never got a bill for to begin with and 2. Was told was FREE. That's how they get you, they tell you it's free so you do it and then you're screwed with the bill. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE SCUM. This place suck the staff are very unprofessional . I went in for my appointment for my 8 month baby and they tell me that my appointment was canceled and I wasn't notified .
Do not see Dr Eric he is extremely insensitive to Fibromyalgia Patient and was told that they NEVER documented that I even have Fibromyalgia after 3 years of me going to this clinic. Had my kids seen and it took me 3 days to figure out why I couldn't get a Dr Note for the school for some extremely important health issues for my children we needed this note for my child's IEP Talked to numerous people and after three days and being told my appointment didn't even exist after me having three appointment cards I finally figured... read more
I'm very disappointed and angry with the Borrego Health Center. They have been nothing but been irresponsible since the first day I walked in. Before I went in I called to make the appointment and gave all my information, I said I'm a diabetes patient, and asked for a good doctor they could refer me to. They followed by saying they have a really good doctor but the wait to see him would be about 3 months. Maureen had been my primary care provider. She is a nurse practitioner. She didn't do much for my health. This place is a typical clinic that never truly addresses your medical needs. Go visit and you will find an empty wait room. Usually not long wait because this is more of a quick in and out. Need flu shot? go there. Pap? mammogram? go there...
