As Time Passes on, My Honeymoon with this facility is just about over. Several Outstanding Health Care Workers, like Sunny, in Rehabilitation, and Harry, my LVN, are superstars, who really know how to treat a patient, with major health issues(. In any event, most of the reviewers either love or dislike this place. My biggest complaint is slow, or nonexistent response time, during long stretches of late night and early morning sleep tome. Also, it's been way too cold in here, even though we're in Bakersfield. My final v... read more

The night shift is very unprofessional. The staff doesn't give the patients medicine on time, for instance they let an hour past before they administer medication on the night shift. They talk rudely about the patients with disrespect. Quality of life on the night shift is awful.

If you love your loved one, please do not send them to this rehabilitation center!!!! They treat their patients awful and do not care for them... they handle them with so much anger. My grandpa was a patient there and he called that same day to get him out. I had no idea this was real and humanity has gotten this evil. If I could do no stars I would.

Places like these make me totally lose hope in humanity. Just sad how nobody wants to do their job and will look for the first excuse to get rid of a patient. Just like everything else. Medical business trying to make money of the inevitable.

My mom went here after a heart attack. She ended up leaving with a Stage 4 bedsore. It would take such a huge amount of neglect for her to end up like this. She's now home with me and I'm doing more for her open wound than this trained staff did.

Please do not bring your loved ones here. The medical assistants are HORRIBLE. Staff here are careless towards the patients. The rooms are un-sanitized. The hall including rooms smell like urine. Staff is VERY rude. Staff have no clue what to do when patients ask for a simple things. They do not care where their patients go around the building. They let them out at night in the coldness without checking on them. The rooms are dirty every corner. The restrooms are filthy dirty with water all over the floor. During this covid-... read more

This is a horrible place to be employeed , they do not care about there employees at all. They are all over worked, the demands from them are overwhelming and unrealistic and they do not appreciate any of there hard work. They are quick to find something incorrect in your work and then call you out on it in front of others. As far as patient care goes the staff members are great employees that care but management sucks .
