Most of the staff does a great job taking care of Mom. Food can always have areas of improvement. Mom's not happy so waffle makers not working as well as milkshake maker. One particular staff member has always been the best [name removed].

The tour was very thorough and very well explained. There are a lot of amenities and community engagement. The units are spacious and well maintained. [name removed] was very gracious and informative.

My mother has lived here for almost 10 years. She made 97 this year and I attribute this to the great car that she receives at Pacifica. Not only does the staff makes sure she is physically well, but they also make sure her social and emotional health is addressed. This comes from the loving care of staff like [names removed] and so many others who give so much every day. I'm so grateful!
