Dear Pacifica, When I first came to Pacifica I had a different outlook on life. Your community changed all that for the better. We met some remarkable people since my arrival. It was kind of tough at first. but so is everything new. Thank you for your warm welcome.
My clients live here, we have at least five who stay here. They love the staff, the nice community. It is an excellent walking and strolling area, an excellent choice in supported living.
I like the exercises, talking to my daughter on facetime and I love [name removed]. He is really good with helping me and the ladies who help me get dressed up in the morning are very nice. They take their time combing my hair and are very patient. I also enjoy seeing my friends during activites in small group.
I have been here for several years. When I got here, [name removed] took care of me and she was really great and still is. [name removed] is a very pleasant person to be around, she makes me laugh and smiles. She's a great companion and she always comes to check on my well-being. Management and staff are all very friendly, efficient, dependable. and caring. I have been living here for almost 3 years and I enjoy the food, the care staff, kitchen team, decorations, and the activities are well as the cleanliness of the housekeeping department. Thank you.

I've only been here only a little over 3 weeks and in COVID quarantine the whole time. I'm anxious to be able to get out and explore my new surroundings and meet neighbors. Everything else so far - food, amenities, the apartment itself are fine. Staff is very friendly.
Mom is now 98 and cannot move around on her own so needs care beyond studio rental. Facility is physically pretty and well maintained. Mom revived good care. Location is next to BART station so easy to access with public transportation but also has parking at the facility is want to drive to visit. Dining area is very clean and cheery with large windows for natural light. Also has an enclosed patio area so can go outside for fresh air.
