dax is the best maintenance man hands down. He always goes over and beyond to help us with anything we need. He is very transparent with his communication style and always makes sure we are in good hands. The only reason I give San Prado 5 stars is because of Dax truly. He takes his job seriously and is always there for us whenever we need him. He is the sweetest guy ever this place is lucky to have him.
I moved to San Prado about a month ago and although I've lived in a number of different apartment buildings, I've never experienced the level of care and service that Dax and Cam on the maintenance team provide. Their dedication to ensuring everything runs smoothly is truly commendable. Dax and Cam have helped me with a few maintenance related issues at my apartment and have been very kind and respectful each time. They are always able and willing to answer any questions I may have. Great customer service for sure!
San Prados level of service is great! I put in a request for maintenance for a toilet that was very noisy. Dax came the next morning and replaced a couple of items and fixed the issue. He then noticed that our front door was sticking due to the latch being installed backwards and quickly fixed it. Thank you Dax for your attention to detail and great customer service.
Dax and Cam have responded within a couple hours to fix any of the maintains needs! They are very nice, helpful, and professional!
