Great company. They actually have a person to answer customer calls which seems unusual these days. They were able to get a tech scheduled the same day. Our tech, J, was fantastic. He was professional and communicated everything very well. The prices were reasonable and provided in advance. Great customer service. Highly recommend!
I agreed to $139 trip charge for thermostat issue. Two guys came out worked on the issue. They asked me if I had anything they could stand on because they had a 6 foot ladder only. You want to use my furniture as a ladder? Ian did a good job explaining everything they were doing and what the situation seem to be. However, when the job was completed, the dude who pretty much did nothing but stand around told me the cost. Use no one else! I can’t recommend Sanders and Johnson highly enough. They are a professional, responsive family company and REALLY look after their customers. I paid them to install a new boiler in my 130 year old Victorian in Baker, so it was a big and complicated job with all the old pipes and fixtures. I needed same day service because my furnace wouldn't come on it was only 26 degrees outside. The appointment setter was extremely helpful and pleasant and got me scheduled for just a few hours out. Kyle, the technician, was very knowledgeable of what he needed to do and informed me in advance of price. He worked quickly and was extremely pleasant. If this is how the company always works, I'll call on them for future needs!
