I was there for 6 months .don't send your dogs there.its worst then prison. could not wait to leave there. All cna always on phone don't care about lights on and very rude.i am in process to turn them in.they didn't no I had a camera in my room.they would go weeks without cleaning bathroom.i have proof.

**BEWARE**DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY** horrible care, staff is neglectful to patience and has no empathy to their pain and suffering either, call lights go unanswered for long periods of time, the food is awful and the facility is dirty and in need of much repair. Smoking is allowed on the property for both staff and patients and very close to patience rooms which is a health hazard if you ask me, they even had a trash can fire because someone threw a hot butt in it, fire department was even called out for it, You can find ... read more

I had a friend moved here upon her release from the hospital. She was treated very badly. The caregivers is a very loose term here.....that is the last thing they give. The food is terrible. She is completely bedridden due to Parkinson's and has trouble moving her arms due to shoulder injuries. They told her, "you can move them, you just don't want to". Wow. I know they're all bad but this was just awful. They put her in a chair all day and just left her there. They broke her glasses and lost her dentures. They never rehabilitated her in any way. They never went outside on nice days. Thomas was the only one who interacted with the patients at all. The rest of the staff just played on their phones. One lady painted nails and did some activities and was nice but the rest of the staff was useless. Now we're scrambling to appointments to get glasses, dentures and actual physica... read more
