For the most part, I’ve been happy with the pharmacy. Everything except for their refill process has been great, and their prices are very competitive for the medication I receive.It is very frustrating, however, to read how everyone gets their med on time. I have not had this experience. What I have learned is although text is offered as a way to refill my prescription, I have now “fell through the cracks” twice when choosing this option. I am still waiting on additional information about my prescription that I originally requested on 9/6 and then again on 10/3.
Getting medication processed and shipped takes way too long
Timeframe to get medication is way too long, also quite frustrating when you call. Should not take 2 weeks to get neds
Absolutely the most difficult delivery. IAM glad that I wasn't dying waiting almost two weeks of multiple calls and excuses. Maybe tomorrow?
Received a duplicate shipment of my current prescription, called them as soon as it was delivered and was told that I could bring it back to them for a refund. I was actually out of town and had to call a neighbor to store it for me, which I really didn’t want them to have that much personal information of mine, but I had no choice since pharmacy staff said it’s good for 90 days, as if the extra $250 in addition to the $250 I had paid just two days before wasn’t enough of a burden . I'm not very well pleased with this pharmacy they kind of dropped the ball on me apologize for it but I went almost 4 weeks without my medicine if it was up to me if I could find this prescription somewhere else I would go there
Sent script a week ago today and just got notification it wasn’t shipped until yesterday.
Did not deliver medication twice in a row now. Used to be a good company, but the last few months has really gone downhill.
