Slow as molasses, they have had my prescription since 7 this morning and still havent started it at 5:30pm. Tomorrow is a holiday which means I have to wait another day before I can begin to feel better. Very disappointed. Never again

Tessa Mccall Running smoothly? Hmmm two prescriptions have been messed up in a two month time period leaving the patient without medication for 3 days. We wont even talk about the overcharging which was admitted in a conference phone call to patient and insurance company. Still waiting on the credit for that. I believe in honesty and taking accountability when mistakes happen. I was told this morning that the prescription would be placed in a escalated status and here patient sits with missed morning dose and no prescription... read more

OUTSTANDING customer service and never a problem. Unfortunately, my doctor must use whatever pharmacy his corporate office tells him to use. Right now my anti inflammatory meds are filled by an unprofessional, lazy, rude pharmacy back east. I did question my doctor but "his hands are tied" was his response. If it were up to me, l would use Sands for ALL my prescriptions.
