Verified Renter It's been ok I was kind of surprised with paying for water, maintenance, sewer and so many other fees, but the place is clean, and it's a very nice place to live around, it's still not understanding way I'm paying for extra things but I should have looked more closely at the contract, it's ok I like living here

Verified Renter I have now been here for a full year (almost two) and the new staff are really nice, friendly, and welcoming . They make you feel at home even you are in their office. Maintenance is does a really good job keeping this place clean and try their best to get things done in a timely manner.

The neighbors I've met have been friendly and interesting to talk to. Management and maintenance have been helpful and friendly. This new Management team has made a lot of great changes to the complex and we have our pool back!!

It seems that some tenants have hosting loud visitors, particularly during the evening and and some weekends, creating disturbance in the area.
