Verified Renter This has been the worst move that I made. I been here four days and everyday I been putting a work order in for something that was not fixed. Everything should have been fixed before I moved in. I feel like it's just going to get worse.
DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PRETTY LANSCAPING OR NICE PAINT! 1) When we moved in the apartment had intense cigarette smell that we were never notified of the last tenant smoking in the house about and they refused to fix the problem, 2) The HVAC is obviously from the 70's or 80's when the property was originally constructed. It's completely brown with rust and the filters don't prevent dust from spreading through the house. Spend more somewhere else AC never worked good enough to keep the apartment luke warm. Maintenance can't fix them. They want to constantly raise the rent with no improves to justify the increase.

Moving Out is the end of the world If your looking at renting an apartment don't let the good reviews of the current residents fool you. As soon as you try to move out they will hit you with every charge they can.
