Sandy was good and it was not her fault our loan file slipped through the cracks after our original loan officer left the company. I do not blame her for any of the issues. Even after issues arose Sandy did her best to solve the problems. Even though our loan had to be tweaked to be approved at the last minute, everything worked out fine. Sandy only did what she could do with what she had to work with. Overall Sandy is a good worker and a good person.
