My wife and I were both on a nights schedule and made it harder for turning in paper work and Sandy was very understanding and extremely helpful

just need to speak with 1 person not 2. kbhs loans needs to communicate with kbhs builder to know when the house will be finished and when the NHO will be. We had like 3 different processors worked on our file. Would like to have 1 person who will be with us through this journey. just makes us feel that we are not wanted when 3 different processors gets our case. But Sandy was able to turn our experience great. She understands us and our situation. made sure we get whatever documents we need in.
