I received a letter today from this clinic about how I treated their staff. I haven't been in contact with their staff in months, except to attempt to schedule shots. Let me say I have had two pets put down at their clinic. It was extremely stressful and their response was cold and uncaring. I was crushed the last time this happened, but continued to go there, spending hundreds of dollars for medicines and vitamins for my dog. This letter is a travesty. They have sold to National Pet Corp and priced even higher than they were. I am changing vets to a locally owned veterinarian. 7 month old puppy spay. micro chip and rabies cost me $1031.

lies about prices and will change them on you when you show up. charges 60 for visit but the wellness checks are complete garbage. Santa Clara animal hospital takes advantage of pet owners do not use them your better off somewhere else.

Very disappointed, was my first time there and not impressed at all. First I went to drop off at 7:30 in the morning as I was told had to bring my baby dragon to work with me, leave to do so and return to work and I was stuck in the parking lot waiting to get ahold of a person to come out and get her til almost 8, also they had her down for the wrong day and told me at first I wasn’t even supposed to be there! We had our dachshund neutered and they gave us the wrong size cone for our little Buddy and he was able to rip his stitches and cause an infection then after another try with a different cone it was still the wrong size and when we brought him back the vet started raising her voice with my girlfriend very poor communication and mistakes like these are not acceptable because you would think they have lots of experience with every breed of dog and knowing what size equipment is required for dogs will probably not return to thi... read more
went to get my dogs prescription food and although was told it was there it wasn't. When I informed them that I was going to from another source, they would not help me or my dog get the script filled via chewy.com By law a vet has to forward the information to another qualified care facility. this is absolutely disgusting behavior.They put their pride above the care of animals
