went to get my dogs prescription food and although was told it was there it wasn't. When I informed them that I was going to from another source, they would not help me or my dog get the script filled via chewy.com By law a vet has to forward the information to another qualified care facility. this is absolutely disgusting behavior.They put their pride above the care of animals

When a Dr. performs a surgery and then leaves on vacation, a plan of care should be set in place. Make sure the staff is consistent on protocol. They should all be on the same page as far as what the care will be and how the care will be administered. Also what steps to take if recovery doesn't go as planned.

They proved that they are one of those vets whose only goal is to rip people off and make a lot of money. I needed a sedative for my overly-anxious dog for an upcoming plane ride. For days leading up to the trip, they kept putting me off, not responding to my calls, etc. Finally, I got ahold of somebody and was assured that they would have it ready for me on the morning of my trip. I recently moved to Eugene and was looking for a good vet for my black lab. All of the reviews for Santa Clara Animal Hospital seemed really good and the location is convenient to where I live, off of River Road across from Albertsons. I quickly learned that Santa Clara Vet Hospital GOUGE you on their prices! Aside from the $20 nail trim I paid for a week prior, today I needed to take my dog in for what looked like pink eye. Well i came here for my snake, and the main veterinary doctor seemed to be scared of my TINY super DOCILE and FRIENDLY baby snake. She did not seem comfortable at all and kept trying to give him back to me. I was looking away and she grabbed him pretty hard without letting me know which scared me and the snake which was not a smooth experience for him at all. So we have been taking our Charlie dog to see these wonderful people for 7yrs , he became epileptic w/them they got it under control !!!! He had major knee surgery Dr. Carey did a perfect surgery, he also had neurological disorder and ended up being allergic to prednisone and got calsinosis cutis which is a skin deterioration disease � very bad worst case they had ever seen ��� we almost gave in too it and let him go , and They told us not yet take him home he wants to go home .
