Bad customer service while checking in! Omg. The rooms are small and not updated the heaters don’t work mmm
We got here Thursday staying until Monday. Very clean hotel and very nice. I was told 5 months ago they accept cash and when I got here they told me no... which was fine... but I think the service for house cleaning need to be look at more... our room didn’t get cleaned twice in a roll called the front desk and they hung up on me 4x and finially I called Manager and told him this wasn’t the way to treat your customers and he agreed and it would get fixed. I like there food yesterday I. Had me a bowl of menudo and i really enjoyed it ,was delicious, 😋😋😂
The last couple days there was no hot water
i am speaking Casino. BE prepared with a finger guard and music in your ear cause you can pluck till hell freezes over. and no bonus on the slots...or will you win...it's not even entertainment. They used to have a "Frito Pie Wagon" poof, it's gone. They used to have a "Hot Dog Wagon" poof it's gone, They used to have a Popcorn Machine, poof it's gone. Every time I go to the drawings they always call the same people
The Grill food is good. But the wait sucks to get to your table. Half the restaurant is not being used??? Tables empty on one half?? Customers sitting next to me not are not happy neither..about the wait.
The rooms are nice and clean ,, but without the sports bar it sucks and you have to spend alot of $ to get points on your card and they give you very little rewards..
