Restroom had a broken tp roll holder; very musty smell in the room; no complimentary toothbrush so waited until gift shop opened at 9am - they didn't open until much later than that; called to ask for tea bags for those of us who don't drink coffee and was told they didn't have any, but that I could buy tea from their coffee shop; first time ever been at a hotel with a 10AM check out time

Not a place I would visit any more. I was disappointed last year when they decided to close the sports bar , but I thought I would give it another shot since I was in the area. Table games was okay but craps wasn't open the whole night. The restaurant is over priced and food was bland. Went to the bar there and I asked for a margarita and they tried to serve me one that was on tap! I asked for a hand made one and was told they couldn't do that. It was okay the food is very expensive in the restaurant, machines are very tight the drawing needs to be drawn in front of people not behind a door in another room. Don't expect to win the drawing but when there's four of you it would be nice to have somebody get something. Seems like it's more work to get a room than it used to be that was very nice and clean as far as the rooms go.

Just had breakfast at the new grill restaurant, very disappointed food cold and bacon undercooked. Totally new menu n changes.....

I get a letter in the mail saying I have $20 free play my card. When I get there and try to cash it, I'm told the letter was worded wrong. It was only good Sept. 3. Not even a sorry, nothing. I think WOW, what a rip off.
