Not only did she keep me posted on how the process was proceeding, promptly returned or directly answered my phone calls on her mobile during hours she was not officially at work, she also volunteered to take on my obligation of ensuring that my broker submitted requisite IRA distributions to my bank with the letter documenting that fact.
