Sara Blanton definitely has her pros and cons. Her work is amazing, that is without a doubt. Although we had a lot of struggles working with her due to her lack of communication. She took on a hard task to help us get our home loan, and she did have a great success!! But that being said her communication skills were lacking. She didn’t update us until we got upset because we didn’t hear any updates. Overall we got it done but it took a long time. Obviously the situation with the virus changed everything making it difficult to evaluate. The people were friendly and helpful but at times slow to return my calls. But I would recommend you.

I spoke to Tom Garant to talk about a mortage loan. He asked for documents and assured me he would be in touch. this was Nov. 6. Since submitting my documents I have called and emailed and never heard back from him or anyone with this company. I am wondering what is going on with my documents and would like an explanation as to why I have not been contacted. This is horrible customer service!!
