Friendly, great at explaining details of the refinancing in particular how various numbers were calculated, great response time to emails. Very knowledgeable about the refinancing process.
Things went smoothly, not a lot of surprises. It went a little slower than expected, but turned out well.
Service, everything excellent, but my old mac and search engine bit of a problem. I'm trying to resubmit my survey because I botched the first one. Sarah and Katina deserve all five stars. I'm using a borrowed laptop with microsoft, so I've made a few mistakes. I'm totally a mac person.
