On the payoffs, the checks were sent to me so I could expedite the paydowns. Only lingering issue was impounds where Quicken said remaining impounds would be sent to me in 2 weeks so I can pay property taxes prior to April 15. I was not anticipating doing that.
Sarah’s straight forwardness and transparency were a refreshing change for me! I have used several mortgage lenders over the years and Sarah was by by far the most knowledgeable I have ever encountered.
