Highly recommend Sarah Kohut !! Start from the pre-approval, all the way closing the house in about 3-4 weeks time, Sarah was flawless. She was on top of everything and always took the time to answer any questions we had (1st time home buyers). As someone who is new to the loan process, it was very smooth to work with someone who would explain things in a straightforward way. She worked through Saturdays and evenings to get everything done so our loan process can be completed in time.
Sara was fantastic to work with -- I had a complicated process with returning from Europe to the US...other mortgage brokers explain how complicated it would be. Sara just got to work and told me she could get it done. We closed early and Sara made the process simple. I look forward to working with Sara again and recommending her to others.
