Sarah is an absolute no-nonsense go-getter. She gets you, she gets what needs to be done, and she just simply gets it done. Navigating jumbo loans during the recession was made easy. 30 days to close because we wanted some extra time, feels like it could've just as easily been 21!
Working with Sarah from Guaranteed Rate was a great experience. Being under a tight closing deadline, she was able to expedite the closing process to get us into our home by closing! Not only was she quick to close, she was kind and patient as she explained (sometimes multiple times!) what was needed document wise. 10/10 would recommend working with Sarah and her team!
