I have made several attempts to contact Dr Aly. He treated me at Methodist Hospital in SL. for an infection in my spine. I have completed all my antibiotics, but the pain in my back has returned. I had an appointment with his PA and she said she would request an MRI but failed to do so. I have called several times to have her contact me and have had no response. He is a good doctor with a staff that is not relaying messages or follow through with what they say there are going to do.
I highly recommend Dr. Aly. He answers all my concerns and gives me great advice. My wait time in the waiting room was no more than 10 min each time I have gone. After going to the back examining room I did have to wait about 10 min which is usually normal for most of the doctors I see. His staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician that does the blood work is great. So yes, I highly recommend Dr. Aly.

He is a wonderful Dr and marvelous person. He takes his time in taking care of patients. He also makes sure all patient’s answers are detail answered. I will recommend Dr Safray Aly to anyone who is looking for an infection control doctor.
Dr Sarfraz Aly is a very competent doctor. He knows his job well and explains to the patient in easy to understand terms. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The office itself is a new facility and is comfortable and clean. There is an attendant that will ask you if you would like something to drink, as well the attendant will give you a clean hot disposable cloth to clean your hands, once you are in the checkup room. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sarfraz Aly. Great Doctor and a wonderful facility
