Saul and Stephanie are absolutely awesome. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions. Saul patiently answered all of them. It's hard to believe that a $100'sk deal would be simple, but Saul and his team (in particular Stephanie) made it! All the numbers were exactly as predicted (or even better!). They did everything to make the deal possible. Quick and precise, never waited more than a few hours for the answer to any question I made. All within the promised timeframe. What could be better?

This was my first time buying a home in the United States, so I had a lot of questions. Saul excels at providing clear explanations. He gave me honest advice and I learned a lot from him. Thanks Saul and Stephanie for all of your assistance in moving our mortgage over to First Tech! They went above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Weekly updates on status helped, and they even arranged for a notary to meet us at our hotel in Orlando to sign documents when we were on vacation. Overall just a great experience!
