Saul and his team were the best in the business -- they provided the best rate, worked directly with us around the clock to close the sale within 30 days (with 2 big holidays in the middle). Given a competitive market, their appraiser also was able to account for all that during their appraisal process to competitively price the property. They knew exactly what documents they needed to support the loan without throwing you directly into a document hell. They have my strongest recommendation!
