Saul and his team did a great job during my mortgage refinance. The whole team is a pleasure to work with. They have moved fast, have been responsive (at times answering e-mails within minutes) and have clarified every doubt the moment it arose. This was all especially useful during the pandemic as it helped us progress at speed despite handling the process remotely.

So, a little background - as I put down my offer on a home we liked in WA, the big bank that I had been working with upped my interest rate to above 4%.
