Hi there I normally don’t like to write reviews but in this case I felt it was necessary. I have had the great experience from the first appointment to the final completion. The savings is great. The customer service is superb. They really work with the customer they take there time to explain the process answer all your concerns, questions. I honestly can’t say enough of great things about this company.
Positive Experience The SavKat team was incredible in helping us connect to Solar ahead of schedule. I regularly conduct site safety audits as part of my job, so constantly question prod and pressure test to ensure I understand a process. With Solar I had numerous questions. Professional and responsive They kept to the schedule, addressed any concerns I had, and even after the installation was complete have been great about making sure it is performing well.
Great job The company did what they promised to do in an excellent way. Installation was a breeze as they said it would be. During the whole process from start to finish they were always there to answer any questions.
Outstanding Experience Jordan is a fantastic salesmen. Patient, knowledgeable, experienced, kind and sincere. Jordan never pushed a sale. He educated me about solar systems and presented a variety of options for my consideration. He advised me openly and honestly. We developed the best system for my situation and budget. Great choice My experience with Savkat has been great. Jordan spent the time to answer all my questions. I was thrilled when I received my first electric bill after my solar was turned on.
Everyone has very nice and helpful every part of the process. They were respectful. Cleanup after there job was done. They helped answer questions about rebates and getting the paperwork together. Great job!!
