We go on Tuesday’s as a family of four. We have noticed over the last few months that the staff is changing a lot and new faces. Along with these changes, service has gotten bad. However, tonight was the worst service I have had in my life. We had a server named Stacy. She didn’t refill our drinks. Took her forever to even bring the drinks in the first place. It used to be my favorite place to eat until the little children that they hired at the Edmond location thought it would be funny to purposely mess with our order. Disgusting service, disgusting employees, terrible work ethic. When I called to inform them of this; they were very much already in the know and laughing at me. We even tipped them!! Ended up getting our refund, but we never heard back from the manager or owner. Huge disappointment.

Fries way over cooked couldn’t eat them. When we ordered fries for our kids they only brought them burgers had to put in the order late for the rest of their food. Our drink order wasn’t correct with no offer to fix the drink just a shrug of the shoulders.

We ordered takeout. When we got home with the order, we noticed the kids burgers we ordered were undercooked, and there was a blood stain from the meat on the paper a kids burger was wrapped in. Then we realized only 1 of 4 burgers was cooked all the way through. I had high hopes for this place, but was definitely let down.
