The burger I got tonight was so greasy it was all but inedible... and I love a greasy burger. The food was luke warm at best, and the kid that was our waiter was as rude and uncaring as anyone. The misses couldn’t get a refill for nothing, no joke! The bathroom was a absolute pig sty!! Paper towel everywhere toilet filled with toilet paper and over flowed.... My family loves the food at S&B but over the last few months, the service has gotten slower and slower. It has taken at least 25- 30 minutes to get our food after ordering. We order burgers and chicken fingers right off the menu- no special requests that would take longer. I thought at first that it was a new staff thing, then I thought it was because they were busy and the kitchen got behind. The waitress was terrible. My daughter's order was wrong. Plus we had to ask someone else for our check. Terrible service. We will not be back.
The old fashioned classic cheeseburger and tater tots was just ok. I wasn't there for the beer. What I really liked about the place was the music. Classic rock videos and music. The pizza looked really good and my daughter in law said it was wonderful. The chicken fingers my son had looked good and he said they were good. Our waiter was cute and pleasant, but slow. Not sure that I'd go back but I don't live in Edmond OK, I'm here visiting from Oregon!
Could use more floor assistance. I was a few seconds from getting my own water refill at one point after waiting five or so minutes for some. Finally "caught" a person to refill. (not our server) The time we were there the workers were overworked and understaffed and it wasn't a busy time. We will return but it has to be a better experience than last time.
My wife ordered a slider with no onions and it first came out laying on some sort of tray (meat with cheese only NO BUN). Then they delivered another slider and the meat was not well done or not cooked thoroughly. This is the 4th time at the Edmond location and every time we always have bad issues.
Arrived at 11:40 a.m. with six other teachers and had to be back across the street at the EPS administration building at 12:45 p.m. We got seated, it took a minute to be greeted by our server, but he came over and got our drink order, brought our drinks back and we ordered immediately. Called in before going to this location and the young lady that answered said they had no wait for our party, I walked in the door less than five minutes later I was told by a very snarky what seemed to be like manager that that is not correct and it will be a 30 minute wait, no sorry or apology just a nope it’s 30 minutes to be seated, left and went somewhere else, the manager here is going to cause them to founder as a location...not good for a brand new location.
