Excellent attention from staff and the vetrinarian, Dr. Drew who made me and my little toy poodle very comfortable and was detailed in his exam and assessment. The groomer was also excellent and went the extra mile with my little one who was getting groomed for the first time and had matting. Definitely will be the place I go for all of my pets needs.

They gave my dog a really nice haircut. It was just what I asked for. The only problem is it literally took ALL DAY. I dropped off my dog at 9 & he wasn’t done until 4:30. A bit too long for a nervous 10 year old dog. The Groupon came with a free exam. I wasn’t looking for a new vet but He was very nice and thorough. Although Again I waited a really long time.

Loved this place, the Hospitality was welcoming staff was amazing and very nice. pet loving and the fees were amazing compared to the prior places, my dog is feeling so much better I slept so much a piece. I will be back

Groomers was great but Place was hectic

Thank you for your review Samantha, I see you came on a Saturday which yes at times can seem hectic. We try our best to minimize that feeling and to accommodate as many pets as we can. Hope to see you and Adam again soon!
They were wonderful. I was told by other groomers my dog had to be sedated in order to be groomed. The Scarbrough groomers were able to calm him down and get him groomed without sedating him. I was a very very happy.
