Environment was friendly, but I was notified that my dog woke up while she was supposed to be sedated and her ears were accidentally cut.

Thank you for your review and understanding, Bella. As an animal hospital and a grooming facility we are often times the only option for nervous pups to be groomed, using sedation. We understand that it can be an overwhelming process for most dogs and try our best to make sure it goes as smoothly as possible. Rest assured we will be here for you and Luna through the healing process and are deeply sorry we caused her a boo boo.
