staff was sweet but i was told my puppy would be done with the groomer to stick around and they would call me so i waited an hour , called & they told me come back at 4 i drove all the way home for them to call me and tell me she was ready ? that’s was annoying & then when i got her - she had been washed but her nails weren’t clipped on her front paws only her back two ones ?
I can say they did a wonderful job on my Bella .... she got the standard poodle cut exactly how I like it....neat !!!! It was my first time and I am satisfied...
