Our Scherzinger technician, Gary was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when applying our annual Guardian service. He is cordial and always willing to answer questions during his application process. I will always recommend Gary on future service visits.

I've had a less than satisfying experience with Scherzinger, and I wanted to share it. I engaged the team at Scherzinger due to a problem with ants at my home. I paid for a membership to their services last year. This membership lapsed without my knowledge. No notification was sent to me by Scherzinger that my membership was no longer active. In a word, honesty. I had a bug problem that caused me a level of panic because I couldn't identify exactly what kind of insect it was. Online research showed it was either a nuisance bug or a bug that causes major destruction. I was in a very vulnerable state that a dishonest pest control business could have taken advantage of for great profit. I paid them to get rid of mice it's been 8 months more mice now then at first. I wanted my money back because they did not full fill contract. I was willing to take 1/2 and the wouldn't.

I considered scheduling a representative to quote treating my home; however, after reading the reviews I am skeptical of your service. I contracted with your service for several years and moved to ****** primarily based on price. I have an issue with ****** over what appears to be their desire to sell service versus really diagnosing my problem. As homeowners once you lose our trust you have nothing worth offering.

I hired this company to help me get rid of my mice. After the first visit, I did not catch an mice. The technician came out for a second visit and did not do anything. We had a simple conversation about not catching mice and he left. Now this company wants to charge me $43.

DO NOT USE Scherzinger Pest Control! I cancelled my account back in May because when I needed them to take care of a carpenter bee situation I was informed that it wasn't covered in my plan because it was upstairs? So basically the thousands of dollars I had paid over the years for my monthly plan was worthless when I actually needed them. We had the Guardian plan for one year which basically consisted of a man coming out and sprinkling power around the outside of the house ever three months. The powder apparently doesn't work on ants, spiders, stink bugs etc... Then after a year we finally had a real reason to call them, we had carpenter bees. We were informed that they didn't have ladders and therefore it wouldn't be possible to take care of the bees.
