We had the Guardian plan for one year which basically consisted of a man coming out and sprinkling power around the outside of the house ever three months. The powder apparently doesn't work on ants, spiders, stink bugs etc... Then after a year we finally had a real reason to call them, we had carpenter bees. We were informed that they didn't have ladders and therefore it wouldn't be possible to take care of the bees. We used this company for years with much success. In th recent months they have become unresponsive and when they do show up they are very unprofessional and provided incorrect information.

Had to keep calling them back, called the company to complain in Dayton, Kentucky and was told the management would call me back and I never received a phone call back. Cancelled my plan and I had to buy ant killer and mouse traps and take care of the problem myself. Was a waste of money!

Paid $250 for an any problem a couple months ago. Follow up a month later because we still had ants. They sent the same tech back out and we were told the gel sometimes takes some time to work. We wait another 30 days and guess what? Still have ants. I follow up with Sherzinger through their website and get a call. The lady tells me the have honored their warranty and why did I wait another 30 days to call? Well, because we were told the process takes time to work?
