We moved in six months ago and have loved every second! The location is excellent. You can walk to Hyde park and Bayshore. We have a dog, and it is great living in a neighborhood where we feel safe walking them. Our unit was clean when moving in, and we haven’t had any problems. The building is cleaned weekly by staff, and it is a tranquil place to live. When we have guests, we are always complimented on our unit and the location with the price we pay. Update: 12/26 This is the worst apartment management company I've ever experienced. Even after I moved they are still proving their incompetence. I was told to pick up my deposit refund check, that I had to request, more than once, and when I drove from Wesley Chapel to Downtown it WASN'T even a check with their envelope! Another HUGE RAT just ran across my kitchen! I pay for a SAFE place to reside and so far your team has failed horribly! Days without hot water, termites, now rats!!! Screw this place and management. RUN don’t walk AWAY from this place. We’ve had termites for two years and nothing is done to truly fix them. I only stayed because I couldn’t afford anywhere else. I am SO happy to be leaving this rat hole soon.
I used to be so excited to move into Schoolhouse Flats and now I can’t wait until my lease is up to move out..... It’s been a constant headache since moving in - not being told the entire place was almost vacant - telling me the apt was one price and writing down another on the lease - renovating over 8 apartments starting at 7am during the week without notifying any residents - renovation company leaving the doors open completely to allow bugs into the building - neighbors who are obnoxiously loud every week until 2:30am ... read more
