Everyone was wonderful. I had a good experience there, like always!
Joan the hygienist is thorough and explains everything. Everyone is friendly; however, I like having the opportunity to consistently work with her. Again everyone is friendly; however, it's nice to see Heidi all of the years that I have been coming to your office. She has always been welcoming. I'm not a great proponent in filling out surveys so this maybe my last but no reflection on the office.

I love this dentist office.
The only issue is that my appointment on March 8 was at 6:00 P.M. Later that night, at five minutes after midnight, when I was sound asleep, I received a text message reminding me that my next appointment is on September 12. Needless to say, it is absurd that I would be awakened after midnight by a text message reminding me of an appointment that isn't going to take place for six months. Your automated service needs to be programmed so that it doesn't send texts between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Other Dr. offices should observe your front desk, they could use a lesson in treating patients with respect. I brag to people I know about how friendly EVERYONE is. Thank you!
I came in early thinking I would be working on work-stuff, and was able to get in early. Hooray!
You guys make coming to the dentist something I look forward to.
