Again Nestor came through with my requested service. The shuttle service allows me to leave the car and they come and pick me up at my job when it is completed.

The battery expired after only a little over 2 years in my 2014 Buick Enclave. Schumacher's service department gave me an immediate appointment to bring the car in. When I arrived they took the car, tested and replaced the battery, washed and vacuumed the car and returned it to me in about 30 minutes. An excellent job!!

I requested a next-day service appointment as I knew my warranty was expiring. I had an intermittent problem with the AC system that was not acting up when I made the appointment nor when took the truck in. The service rep listened to my description in detail and followed up with the mechanic. It was through a thorough search that the problem was detected and repaired. I will continue to take my vehicle to Schumacher as all the employees there are professional and polite.
