They called me to come see the car when the car was already sold.
4hours waiting. Because they geltbmy front brake pads was not necessary. When I purposely drove there for this service I wanted done with the oil change n tire rotation. Pathetic service MGR and Mgmt of Dealership. Over 4 hours. I had no breakfast no lunch and they had NO COFFEE OR COMPLIMENTARY SNACKS. THE WORSE SCHUMACHER ORGANIZATION
This was a terrible experience over one week of trying to contact the dealer for a personal response and information on their car. Ultimately I spoke to the used car manager directly and he "low balled" the value of our trade against four other dealers with ( " actual buyers orders back to us"). Obviously we did not buy this car from Schumacher although I bought one from them in years prior and it was a good transaction.
Very professional, but was just checking on what was available in older cars since my Saturn is 2001 and is close to dying.
Horrible service, horrible attitude from service writer and lying mechanics. Do not recommend at all.
The dealership contacted me the very next day ! However the vehicle was not accurately identified and there was little knowledge of the specifics on it ! The manager contacted me later and gave incorrect pricing info. , after that there was no contact other than automatic emails. Still very interested in vehicle . Disappointed in dealership.
After showing slight interest in one vehicle in July. I was contacted and hounded by at least 4 marketing associates from Scheissemacher numerous times on numerous occasions! This happened after they were informed I was no longer interested and later after I had told them I purchased another BMW! In addition their Marketing People where poorly trained and knew nothing about the particulars of the Vehicle I was interested in when asked.
Horrible they didnt do anything
