"Fixing a rattle" Excellent, even though had to wait for a part. Got a rental for the weekend, in which I forgot something, but was found and return two days later.

"Check up before I take it on vacation" Service is always the best. I waited and service was completed early. Jose Ferreira never disappoints. Made my appt with Jose but there were plenty of people just waiting to help me. No less than 5 people offered to help in the very short time I waited for Jose, which was only 2 or 3 minutes. And if you didn't WOW me with all of this, you also washed my truck! Life is good!
