"New Staff, same great service" I have had the same service adviser for the past several years, Patrick Casey, and when I recently called to set up appointment with him I was surprised to learn he had moved on to Infinity dealership. I was referred to a new adviser named Ashanti Dozier and I was very pleasantly surprised. She was friendly, helpful and informative. "friendly, professional, overall great" my appt was with Rob, who had others before me. young lady A. Dozier saw me waiting took my information while Rob was assisting others. this allowed my wait to be less than expected due to having to go back to work.
"Excellent service, friendly crew" Service was excellent, Silverado truck battery died, service guys charged it so I could drive to your Service Center to have a new battery installed, all good! Was puzzled about "failed" inspection recommendation stating, I needed 4 new tires. Only have 22,000 miles on vehicle and my other Silverado's got at least 55,000 miles before new tires. Otherwise I was happy with the service!

"A successful transition." My 2013 leased Verona was due to be turned in. I had my eye on the 2016 Encore. Your sales rep, Larry Gregger was very helpful in assisting me with the decision making process. I test drove the Encore and fell in love with it. "Excellent service" I had my first free oil change and tire rotation on my 2015 Chevy Silverado and the tecs were very friendly and efficient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.
