when my Jeep 2021 Compass didn't start, I called the dealership and was given guidance on how to proceed to get the car into service. After a jumpstart, I took it directly to them where they assured me it was the battery and it would be replaced. Madison was very professional and put my mind at ease immediately that they would replace battery as well as a full service. She was there when I picked it up and I was very happy with the experience.
