My service was exceptional from the initial start of the process! Art was very quick to respond to answer all of my questions. There was a delay on my end as I was making the purchase from across from the state but when I arrived, the vehicle was parked in full display. Rudy in finance was very kind as well. Before going into a car dealer everybody brace themselves and prepare mentally for the upcoming “pushy salesmen”... but to our surprise that wasn't our experience at Schumacher.
